I'm a birth doula serving the Greater Orlando area and I'm passionate about the incredible experience that is childbirth. I am fascinated by the intuitive ability all women possess to grow and birth life. Our bodies hold an ancestral intelligence that guides us through this peak life experience. Through providing emotional, physical, and evidence-based educational support, it is my joy to walk alongside you and your family during this miraculous time.

I'm a mother of one. My interest took fire while preparing for my own birth experience during pregnancy. I found that my true passion lies with the incredible transformation of woman to mother.

Other things I love ~ spending time with my family, drawing, yoga & pilates, and curling up to a good movie.
